UMiTouch does not accept any sexual or sexually suggestive content. Even if you are the subject yourself, content of this type may not be uploaded to UMiTouch. In addition, we maintain close contact with law-enforcement authorities, and any content involving child sexual exploitation will be reported immediately.
Violent or Graphic Content
Do not intentionally post violent content that is shocking, inflammatory, or disrespectful to others. If your media must include real violent scenes, please provide enough background information to help viewers understand the original context and purpose of the material. You must also not encourage others to commit any form of violence.
Harmful or Dangerous Content
Your media content must not encourage others to engage in behavior that could cause serious harm, especially conduct directed at children. If content involves dangerous acts or behavior that may lead to injury, we may place age restrictions on it or remove it entirely, depending on the severity of the situation.
Hate Content
Although this platform supports freedom of expression, we do not support content that promotes or condones violence or discrimination against an individual or group based on race, religion, disability, sex, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We also do not support content that deliberately incites such hatred.
Spam and Scams
Nobody likes spam. Do not use misleading titles, descriptions, tags, or thumbnails to attract viewers. Posting large amounts of irrelevant, meaningless, or repetitive content, including comments and private messages, is considered improper conduct.
Threats or Privacy Violations
Any conduct involving theft, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invasion of privacy, disclosure of another person's personal information, incitement of violence, or violations of the terms of use will be treated seriously. Once such conduct is confirmed, the user will be permanently banned from using UMiTouch.
